I am happy to recommend Alpha Gym in Skerries. Newly opened in January 2017, it represents a great improvement in both service and convenience. The staff are very friendly and supportive. They take an interest in the members and are very approachable for advice & training programmes. The space is well laid out, clean, and the opening hours are much improved. There’s a nice mixture of equipment all kept in good condition.

Alpha Gym have been dedicated to giving me personalised programmes adjusted to the sports I play. They have updated my programme regurarly as I progress with my training. The staff are so friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend Alpha Gym.

I’ve been with Alpha Gym since they opened in January ’17 and I must say it’s the best gym I’ve ever been a member of (and that’s out of around 8 different gyms). They couldn’t be more friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They’ve written up 4 different personal training regimes for me since I started – all with my fitness goals in mind. The classes are also great – small but high intensity so they really push you. Well done to Alan, Carol and the rest of the team for doing an amazing job!
