We offer a multitude of fun and motivating classes that allow you to work out alone or with friends. Our trainers are highly educated and will make sure you give your all.
The classes are:
Metcon – Challenging and effective. Metabolic conditioning brings just a few exercises together at high intensity and little rest to cause a metabolic disturbance in the body that can last up to 72 hours
Hips Tums & Bums – Focuses on the lower body muscles. Designed to strengthen the glutes, hamstrings, quads and also to improve core strength
Density Fat Blitz – Set a time and do as many rounds of paired exercises as possible. One of the most effective methods ALPHAGYM uses to add lean muscle and torch bodyfat
Last (wo)man Standing – An intense circuit based class while already in a fatigued state. This class will push your fitness to the limits while burning fat in a hurry.
Hurricane Training – Brief, yet powerful. Perfect for creating a stimilus to rebuild new lean muscle and burn fat after its completed
Advanced Core – Blast your abs with an intense 30 minutes focusing on all aspects of your core.
Rip it Up: Suspension Training – Utilising very suspended rotating straps that uses gravity and your bodyweight to perform full body workouts improving overall fitness and core strength with every exercise.
Mobility – If you have ever had stiffness in muscles or sore joints for no reason when exercising or simple tasks you may lack mobility. This class aims to help with those issues while speeding up recovery from your workouts
Golden Years (Over 60’s) – Specially desinged class for the older adult which aims to improve bone strength/density, balance and increase overall cardio fitness and wellbeing.
Body Bar – Barbell based class which works the whole body. For anyone who enjoys lifting weights and also beneficial for decreasing bodyfat
